Beautiful Day
Today was gorgeous! The sun was out and it was raining at the same time, which is one of my favorite things. I also had the windows open today, which was the first time because the Air Conditioners have been in there. So I took 'em out (goodbye guilt!) and now I can enjoy the fresh autumn air- my last Canadian autumn for I don't know how long.

Myke .. I believe I owe you an apology. I should not be dictating to you how you should write. God has given you an incredible ability to write words and songs. Be yourself. You shouldn't have to be looking over your shoulder all the time and doing what others desire. Be confident in yourself and you will suceed above all your dreams. Apology Tendered.
Dad,
I tried to comment on your blog but it appears to be down. I hope you put it back up and you keep writing commentary. It's nice to see you talk so freely for a change.
And you don't owe me an apology. I had fun defending myself, but I didn't feel like you were attacking me at all. Honest.
Finally, you surprised me with your kind words, not because of the kindness, but the eloquence and sincerity behind them. I thought that was very nice. Hopefully you'll write some more, too, and get the blog back up and running. Until then, talk to you soon, lowly Canadian.
